About Us

The Process Work Institute of India (PWII) is one of many centres worldwide dedicated to training and research in Process Work. PWII is a twelve year old institute based in Mumbai, engaged in promoting the knowledge and use of Process Work. PWII organized the World Work program in 1996 which was attended by close to 300 people. Drs. Arnold and Amy Mindell, along with other senior diplomats like Dr. Joe Goodbread and Kate Jobe have conducted seminars for the PWII from time to time.

PWII conducts courses and training programs at regular intervals.

Anuradha Deb is the resident diplomate.

Anuradha Deb

Anuradha, a Diplomate from the Process Work Institute, Portland, Oregon is the founder-trustee of the Process Work Institute of India (PWII) and has been a student/teacher of Process Oriented Psychology for over 23 years. She is based in Mumbai, where she works as a consulting psychotherapist, behavioral scientist, coach and trainer. She is also the proprietor and executive director of ADA, a niche HR consultancy firm based in Mumbai and the President of the board of directors of Global Process Institute, Portland, Oregon. She has been teaching conflict resolution and community building in Europe, USA and Asia for the last 15 years and has been teaching and researching in the field of Leadership and Shamanism with articles and papers to her credit. She holds Masters degrees in PW , Developmental Psychology and is a professional member of ISABS, associated with NTL, Maine, USA.

Kalpana Tanwar

Kalpana, a Diplomate from the Process Work Institute, Portland, Oregon is a qualified mental health practitioner and therapist based in Bangalore. She currently leads the development of CPOP (Centre for Process Oriented Psychology) at Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology in Bangalore, India. CPOP integrates process-oriented psychology tools and skills into design education and practice. Kalplana teaches basic self-awareness and teamwork skills and is instrumental in introducing process-oriented psychology into art and design by exploring it's power to enable creativity. Her training as a psychotherapist and facilitator in conflict situations makes her a critical team member at Srishti. She has graduated from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS, India) and has over 20 years of experience in qualitative market research. She also maintains her private practice.
